All streak rewards are valid only for active members of FitnessProGC. To redeem any reward or benefit, the user must physically show their streak screen inside the FitnessProGC app to the coach or authorised gym staff at the gym location. Rewards cannot be redeemed without verification in the app. Each reward can be claimed only once and may be subject to availability and gym policies. FitnessProGC reserves the right to modify or discontinue rewards if misuse or policy violations are detected.
